Ankibai Ghamandiram Ji Gowani (AGG)Trust organised celebration of the success of the book ‘Ascendance, Earth Day and Eid in the august presence of Governor of Maharashtra H.E. Shri Ramesh Bais Ji on 22 April, 2023 at Raj Bhawan, Mumbai.
This science fiction is authored by columnist, blogger and Income Tax Director General Dr Sadhna Shanker. Also to mark observance of Earth Day, Sapling of Tulsi plants were distributed.

Trustee of Ankibai Ghamandiram Gowani Trust Smt. Nidarshana Gowani, Shri Ramesh Gowani, Additional Director General of Police in the Anti-corruption Bureau, Maharashtra, Shri Vishwas Nangre Patil (IPS) and invitees from various walks of life were present. Advocate Ashraf Ahmed delivered the welcome address and explained various activities of the AGG Trust.
One of the highlights of the event was Trustee Nidarshana Gowani gifting a tulsi sapling to the Governor of Maharashtra, highlighting the trust’s dedication to the environment.
Ms. Nidarshana Gowani, the driving force behind the Kamala Ankibai Ghamandiram Gowani trust, believes in offering women the space and opportunity to grow. She stated,
“The event was an extension of our vision of women empowerment and our consciousness for the environment. We want to inspire people to make a positive impact on the environment and encourage women to pursue their passions and reach their full potential.”
