Kazan, Russia — A high-level round table discussion on Day 2 of the Kazan Youth Global Summit 2026 brought together ministers, policymakers, global leaders, and university heads from around the world, with a voice from India representing the spirit of the Rouble Nagi Art Foundation’s Global Teacher Prize and Misaal India (मिसाल इंडिया) initiative.
The session was chaired by His Excellency Rustam Minnikhanov, Head (Rais) of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Leyla Fazleeva, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Education Minister, and brought together international voices reflecting on how education can drive youth empowerment on a global scale.
The discussion centered on India’s vision of Viksit Bharat — a Developed India — built on the strength of its youth and children, with education as the cornerstone that turns this national aspiration into lived reality. The message resonated with the spirit of the Global Teacher Prize and Misaal India, both of which champion educators and grassroots changemakers as the true architects of a nation’s future.
A book was also presented to the assembled dignitaries, a moment symbolizing the shared commitment between India and the Republic of Tatarstan to nurture ideas that empower the next generation.
